Supremely Saucy Satisfyingly Spicy Pan-Fried Noodles!!

This delicious, colorful pan-fried noodle recipe will have you in the summer spirit and take your taste buds on a pan-asian culinary adventure!



Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total time: 30 minutes


Ingredients:

-1 cup shredded carrots

-1/2 cup onions thinly sliced

-1/2 green beans sliced to your size preference

-2 tsp minced garlic

-Noodles of your choice

-1/4 cup soy sauce

-1 tbsp hoisin sauce

-1 tbsp sesame oil

-2 tsp cornstarch

-1 cup sprout

-sliced green onions


Cooking Instructions:

1.Heat 2 tsp of vegetable oil on medium heat.

2. Add carrots, beans, and onions to pan and let cook for 3-5 mins until the vegetables are cooked.

3. Add green onions, and garlic and cook for 30 seconds, remove the vegetables from he pan and cover to let the veggies simmer.

4. Heat remaining tbsp of oil in pan, and add noodles and cook for 4 minutes until the noodles until they are crispy and well cooked.

5. Whisk together soy, hoisin and sesame oil into a bowl with 3 tbsp of cold water to create a sauce.

6. Add bean sprouts to the pan, and toss to combine the vegetables together.

7. Add your sauce to the pan and bring the noodles/vegetables to a simmer.

8. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce has thickened and bean sprouts have cooked well.

9. Sprinkle with green onions on top as garnish and enjoy.
